Kingsmen Studio can help you convert your YouTube channel into an Official Artist Channel (OAC). Once approved by YouTube, this channel will merge your content, official releases, and fan uploads into one verified artist presence.
Eligibility Requirements
To request an OAC, make sure the following conditions are met:
The channel represents only one artist or band
The artist has released at least three official music tracks delivered through Kingsmen Studio
The channel complies with YouTube's content and branding policies
No impersonation or copyright issues are associated with the artist or channel
The channel is owned or managed directly by the artist or their team
How to Apply
If your channel meets the eligibility requirements, you can request an Official Artist Channel through one of the following methods:
Option 1: Use the Kingsmen AI Chat Bot
Go to our Help Center and say:
I want to request a YouTube Official Artist Channel
Our chatbot will collect the required information and submit the request to our team.
Option 2: Submit a Support Ticket
Send an email to [email protected] or open a ticket in the Help Center.
Include the following details:
Artist name
Link to the YouTube channel you want to upgrade
Confirmation that the artist has at least 3 official releases distributed through Kingsmen Studio
Subject line example:
OAC Request – [Artist Name]
Approval Timeline
Once submitted, we forward your request to YouTube.
Processing time: Between a few days and up to 6 weeks
No confirmation email: YouTube does not notify you directly. You’ll know your channel has been upgraded when the layout updates and includes the music note icon.
