If you’ve discovered content distributed through Kingsmen Studio that you believe infringes on someone else’s copyright, you can report it for review.

How It Works

  • Submit a copyright violation report using our official reporting channel.

  • Most cases are resolved within 72 hours, though some may take up to 7 days if additional verification is needed.

  • We take all claims seriously and will follow up promptly to resolve the issue. If you need updates or discover more issues, feel free to notify us again.

1. How to Report a Violation

Please submit your claim through our support system. Include:

  • A clear description of the infringing content

  • Title, UPC, ISRC, or link to the asset in question

Once submitted, go to Rights Infringement & Other Violations in the Help Center and fill out the form.

2. What to Expect After Submitting

  • We'll review your submission and contact the rightsholder or DSP if needed.

  • Most cases are resolved promptly—within 3 days, but in some cases resolution can take up to 7 days if more information is required.

  • You’re welcome to reach out again for updates or if you identify additional infractions.

Why This Matters

Proactively reporting potential copyright violations helps protect both the artist community and the integrity of Kingsmen Studio’s catalog. It also supports timely takedown of infringing material and prevents legal consequences for you or other artists.
