Most cases are resolved within 72 hours, though some may take up to 7 days if additional verification is needed.

1. How to Report a Violation
Please submit your claim through our support system. Include:
A clear description of the infringing content
Title, UPC, ISRC, or link to the asset in question
Once submitted, go to Rights Infringement & Other Violations in the Help Center and fill out the form.
2. What to Expect After Submitting
We'll review your submission and contact the rightsholder or DSP if needed.
Most cases are resolved promptly—within 3 days, but in some cases resolution can take up to 7 days if more information is required.
You’re welcome to reach out again for updates or if you identify additional infractions.
